Silicone high-temperature resistant paint (200~600℃ black/silver white) is a One-component self-drying/low-temperature drying high-temperature anti-corrosion paint. It uses silicone resin as the main film-forming agent, and is made of high-temperature resistant pigments and fillers (carbon black for black, aluminum powder for silver), additives and special solvents. It can withstand 200~600℃ Continuous high temperature, with anti-corrosion, temperature change resistance, and insulation properties, suitable for metal substrate protection in medium and high temperature working conditions such as boilers, ovens, and high-temperature pipelines. The black color is mainly for heat absorption and concealment, and the silver white color is for reflective cooling.

Black model: good heat absorption, suitable for equipment that requires heat preservation or concealed appearance (such as oven liner, high temperature flue).
Silver white model: high reflectivity, can reflect sunlight and thermal radiation, reduce the surface temperature of the substrate, and is suitable for outdoor high-temperature pipes, boiler outer walls and other scenes that require cooling.
Flexible construction, adaptable to multiple scenarios
Single-component packaging, open the barrel and mix evenly before use. It supports self-drying or low-temperature drying (baking at 60~80℃ for 1~2h can shorten the construction period); surface drying at 25℃ for about 1~2h, solid drying for 24h, and the temperature resistance is stable after complete curing; supports brush coating, roller coating, air spraying, use special silicone diluent to adjust the viscosity, the dilution ratio is 5~10%; for sandblasting Sa2 level or polishing St3 Grade 1 steel substrate has excellent adhesion (crosshatch method ≤ Grade 1).
Insulated and flame retardant, safe and reliable
The paint film has good electrical insulation and high breakdown voltage, and is suitable for high-temperature equipment with insulation requirements, such as motor casings and electric furnace accessories. Some models add flame retardant additives to make them less likely to burn in case of fire, improving equipment operation safety.
limitations and adaptations
The weather resistance is average, and long-term outdoor exposure requires regular maintenance; it is not resistant to corrosion by strong acids and alkalis, and is not suitable for high-temperature environments with strong chemical corrosion; the substrate must be dry and clean during construction to avoid blistering of the paint film caused by oil stains and water vapor residues.
Scope of application
Black model: oven liner, high temperature flue, industrial furnace inner wall, engine exhaust pipe and other medium and high temperature equipment that require heat absorption and insulation or concealed appearance.
Silver-white model: Boiler outer walls, outdoor high-temperature pipes, hot blast stove shells, metallurgical equipment components and other medium- and high-temperature components that need to reflect heat radiation and reduce surface temperature.
Common scenarios: Anti-corrosion protection for high-temperature metal parts within 600°C such as motor stators, resistance furnace accessories, barbecue grills, etc.
