1. Product Composition:
The two-component anti-corrosion primer consists of epoxy resin, anti-corrosion pigment, filler, additive, solvent and polyamide curing agent.
II. Product Features:
The film has strong anti-corrosion ability and impact resistance, excellent adhesion, high mechanical strength, salt spray resistance, oil resistance, chemical resistance and good compatibility.
III. Product Applications:
The paint is mainly used for the steel structure, chemical plant, anti-rust and anti-corrosion of steel surface. The zinc yellow epoxy primer can also be used for the aluminum alloy, galvanized parts and light metal surface to protect the light metal from corrosion.

7. Construction steps:
Step 1: Substrate preparation
The steel surface shall be cleaned of oil, dust, and loose oxide scale, and then shot peening or sandblasting shall be applied to meet the Swedish rust removal standard Sa2.5.
Note: Sa2.5 standard: Thorough abrasive spraying to completely remove rust and oxide scale. After dust removal, the steel surface should exhibit a near-white metallic luster with only minor marks. Step 2: Painting process
1. Before painting, mix the paint slurry thoroughly. Then, according to the required amount for application, combine the paint slurry with the curing agent in the specified ratio. After 20 minutes of curing, proceed with the application.
2. The prepared paint must be used within 6 hours at 25°C.
3. Mixing ratio: epoxy primer: epoxy curing agent: epoxy thinner =100:15:30 (by weight).
4. The coating interval is 24 hours at 25℃.
5. It is recommended to apply two spray layers using the wet-on-wet technique, with a 10-15 minute interval between each layer.
8. Construction Environment:
1. When the construction temperature drops below 10℃, the curing reaction slows down and drying time is prolonged. Therefore, the temperature should preferably be maintained above 15℃.
2. The substrate temperature should be at least 3℃ higher than the dew point temperature before painting.

10. Precautions:
1. The Star Original Epoxy Paint must be diluted with its exclusive diluent.
2. Before applying the next coat of primer, ensure the epoxy primer film is fully cured to maintain interlayer adhesion (complete curing typically takes 7 days). In dry conditions, mist the area around the floor to maintain relative humidity between 40-70%.
Note: To confirm complete curing, press the zinc-rich primer surface with the edge of a coin and slide it. If a metallic sheen appears, the coating is fully cured.
3. The paint film is not resistant to outdoor sunlight and prone to powdering; apply a matching topcoat promptly.
4. Construction is not recommended in conditions of rain, fog, wind, direct sunlight, or humidity exceeding 85%.
11. Storage, Transportation, and Shelf Life:
1. The product should be stored in a well-ventilated and dry place, and should be protected from direct sunlight. In summer, appropriate cooling measures should be taken when the temperature is too high.
2. During transportation, protect the product from rain and direct sunlight.
3. The product has a shelf life of 12 months. During storage, the packaging must remain unopened and meet the storage conditions. After the expiration date, the product may be inspected according to the specified items in the product standards. If the results meet the quality requirements, the product can still be used.
12. Safety and Environmental Protection Statement:
1. This product is flammable. Ensure proper ventilation and take necessary protective measures during application.
2. If the skin is stained with paint, wash it immediately with soap or other cleaning agents and plenty of water.
3. The disposal of waste paint and packaging materials must comply with local environmental regulations.
